Throughout his career, he has led high-impact programs in operations management, strategic planning, and business transformation — driving performance improvements, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction at scale.

With a proven ability to build and lead teams, reduce operational costs, and implement process-driven systems, Shehab has been recognized for turning complex challenges into streamlined, results-oriented strategies. His experience includes working with global companies in technology, logistics, customer service operations, and continuous improvement, where he obtained his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and delivered measurable value across multiple divisions.

Motivated by a passion for entrepreneurship and community impact, Shehab transitioned into the automotive industry with a clear mission: to redefine the pre-owned vehicle market in Manitoba. He founded APA Automotive with a customer-centric model that prioritizes transparency, trust, and long-term relationships rather than transactional sales. His business is built on listening to the Voice of the Customer, providing honest guidance, and delivering full-service solutions under one roof — including sales, service, detailing, rentals, and ongoing support.
