Vehicle Returns:

Late returns incur a $25/hour fee after a 1-hour grace period.

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level; otherwise, a fuel charge applies (pump cost + $15 admin).

Cleaning fees may apply for excessive dirt, smoking, or pets (up to $500).
Refunds / Deposits:

Security deposits are refunded within 24–72 hours after vehicle inspection and GPS check.

Refunds are subject to any applicable fees for extra KM, damage, late return, or cleaning.

Accidents or damages reported late may affect the deposit refund.
