Vehicle Returns:

• Vehicles must be returned by the agreed date and time.

• Late returns incur a $25/hour fee after a 1-hour grace period.

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level; otherwise, a fuel charge applies (pump cost + $15 admin).

• Cleaning fees may apply for excessive dirt, smoking, or pets (up to $500).

Refunds / Deposits:

• Security deposits are refunded within 24–72 hours after vehicle inspection and GPS check.

• Refunds are subject to any applicable fees for extra KM, damage, late return, or cleaning.

• Accidents or damages reported late may affect the deposit refund.

• All rentals are available for pickup only at our store:

• Same-day pickup available, subject to vehicle availability.

• Bring valid ID, driver’s license, and deposit at pickup.

• Vehicles are checked for fuel level, condition, and GPS activation before handover.
